The Friday of Labor Day weekend, we had a major issue with our neighbors tree falling and hitting our house and our tree. It took down the power and at the time caused unknown damage to our house. We were stuck, and the next morning unsure what to do. Dominic and John met us just passing through and decided to stop. Lucky they did because we weren't able to get through to our insurance and didn't really have anywhere to start. I'm weary of door-to-door, but they asked if they could help. We weren't locked in on a contract, and didn't have to use them, but they helped us more than they know. Dominic became our contractor that day and the ball immediately got rolling. They called in an emergency tree service to get the branches off our house, and got their roofers in to cover known punctures to keep our house water tight. Kominic even showed up that following Tuesday to meet with us and our adjuster to make sure they weren't short changing us on what shoul happen. There wasn't any concern on our end on getting our roof and gutters done. The only part we had to worry about was what color we were going with and moving our cars. The roofing team with Isaac knocked it out of the park, and were diligent about making sure nails were picked up, and everything was spotless. The gutter man they used came and knocked it out in a couple of hours, and I honestly can't thank them all enough. The whole time we had someone here, Dominic was here to make sure everything was going smoothly. If didn't matter when I reached out to, Dominic would have an answer for me or work his best to get one to me within an hour. They've even helped us with finding additional contractors to help with paint, landscaping, etc. John and Dominic were the only contractors to show up. We didn't have anyone local to Cincinnati reach out or even show up. That to me speaks volumes. They didn't try to hide costs, they worked with us every step of the way. Thank you guys again!
